Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or requesting a repair visit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a service through it.
Independent Service Provider
Fixcare Home Solutions is an independent multi-brand appliance repair service. We are not authorized by, affiliated with, or the official customer care of any appliance manufacturer. Brand names are used only for identification of the appliances we service.
Bookings and Service Visits
Service slots are confirmed subject to technician availability in your locality. Same-day service is offered for most jobs but is not guaranteed in every case. Please provide accurate contact and address details so our technician can reach you.
Inspection Fee and Estimates
A doorstep diagnostic / inspection fee may apply. If you proceed with the approved repair, this fee is typically adjusted against the final bill as described on our pricing page. Spare parts and labour are quoted before work begins; we do not start chargeable repair work without your approval.
Parts, Warranty and Payments
We use genuine or high-quality compatible spare parts depending on availability and your preference. Replacement parts we install are covered by our stated parts warranty period, subject to normal use and excluding damage from misuse, power issues or third-party tampering. Payment is due after you are satisfied with the completed repair unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fixcare Home Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed visits, parts availability, or pre-existing appliance condition. Our liability for any claim related to a service visit is limited to the amount you paid for that visit and repair.
